This product offers both integral "Taper-Shape" , "Drop-Shape" and "Exchangeable Head design with Taper-Shape". The large arc design increases cutting intervals on curved surfaces and side walls, cutting machining time by 3–5 times compared to traditional ball-end mills. With ±0.01mm contour tolerance, it’s ideal for 5-axis machining in aerospace, mold, and medical industries, especially for semi-finishing and finishing on 3D surfaces. Optimized with the G18 composite coating for challenging materials like nickel and titanium alloys, "KB" tools also show superior durability over European brands when tested on 1.2311 and P20 materials.
This series is specifically designed for machining Inconel and nickel-based superalloys, providing exceptional performance and tool longevity. The specialized engineering design endows the tools with excellent rigidity and vibration resistance, ensuring more stable performance during machining operations. The composite G18 new coating design further enhances the tool's wear resistance. For Inconel and nickel-based superalloy machining applications, our tools achieve Vc values exceeding 50 m/min.
