New G13 Coating

G13 5 Characteristics：
- New G13 coating fulfills the needs for 3-dimentinal surface milling, abrasion resistance extension, and high precision.
- UB series uses G13 coating to increase its' service life.
- Suitable for side milling general and die steels with hardness level smaller than HRc48. E.g. NAK80, P20, and P5.
- With the actual application and testing executed by a precision mold factory, the degree of wear was within 0.01mm after 9 hours of milling on NAK80(HRC38).
- According to the testing report from DHF R&D department, the service life for new G13 coating is three times longer than the coating used in UB, BTB, and BTH series.
After more than 730 minutes of the machining test for G13 coating used on UB0602,
it showed the tool life was higher than G12.
