How to choose carbide ball nose end mill correctly?

Each DHF end mills are all made by the special design. Each flute、helix angle and shape are designed by different cutting materials.
Here is the introduction to teach customers to use and choose the right end mills. :
The percentage for life length and work effective of end mills.



Compare with DB、BTA、BTB and UB which is based on the same cutting material
1.DB:Good at using on regular cutting material and which HRc is under 45.
2.BTA:Good at using on regular cutting material and which HRc is under 50.
3.BTB:
   a: Good at using on regular cutting material and which HRc is under 52.
   b: The design for the bottom of ball head is deeper. It makes the low stickiness and good at roughing.
4.UB:Good at using on NAK80、stainless steel、titanium and hardened steel which HRc is under 55. Due to
       the ball nose is designed s type, the design is good at using 3D curve machining. The normal Vc is 15% 
       better than BTB, and it will make a perfect surfacing when doing finishing machining.
5.UBG:
   a: The low helix angle design is good at using on surface or big curve finishing.
   b: UBG is especially good at using on finishing machining.
   c: The cutting material should under HRc 55 is the best.
6.UBX:
   a:  It is the revolution version for BTB series. All improve from making material、coating to grinding.
   b: Good at using on NAK80、stainless steel、titanium and hardened steel which HRc is under 55.
7.UBT:
   a: Good at using on high hard cutting material especially HRc is between 52-62.
   b: The design is based on machining high hard cutting material, and it’s good at doing semi-finishing and finishing.
8.UOB:
   a: Good at roughing on high hard cutting material especially HRc is between 52-62.
   b: The special design and 5° low helix makes the longer life length while roughing.
9.BTC:
   a: Good at using one aluminum、copper and titanium.
   b: The sharp flute design:It makes the better surface while finishing.
