Features:  
    1. Metric design. Thread milling tool processing efficiency, tool life and surface finish are better than the general "screw tap".
    2. If thread milling cutter is accidentally broken during processing, it can be taken out easily; Compare to screw tap, if the screw tap broke, it is hard to remore and even caused the workpiece to be scrapped.
    3. It can process "internal thread and external thread", "left thread and right thread". The processing path can be controlled by computer program, and freely applied on the size,precision tolerance,thread depth and special aperture thread.
Working Materials Hardness Level:   Good at steel material (HRc 45). E.g. SUS304, SCM440, S45C, P20, NAK80 etc.
Applicable Milling Methods:  Thread milling
Applicable Coolant Ways:   Emulsion and MQL (Mist) and Machining      Oil and Dry  Machining
